I declare to have the fitness condition and required training to participate in the competition.

Here by, I give to me, my heirs and assigns all claims against the organizers of the Morocco Swim Trek, agents, representatives, successors and assigns resulting from an accident or injury due to my participation in this event.

I authorize The Morocco Swim Trek to use any photograph in which I appear during the event to end advertising and more I release these agencies from any liability for loss, breakage and / or theft of equipment.

Caution : each participant must bring a medical certificate dated with in 2 months, specifying the medical contraindication for swimming long distances in open water.
